Event Accessibility

We strive to ensure that everyone is able to explore the fair and find resources helpful to them. Below is some information on the accessibility features that have been put in place. Wheelchair Accessibility

Corridors and pathways are all compliant with ADA requirements, including all vendor areas. All building entrances used for the fair are at ground level, as are all fair activities, facilities and vendors. Wheelchair accessible bathrooms are also available, and assistance locating these will be provided upon request.

Service Animals

Service animals welcome at the disability resource fair. There is grass outside where service dogs can relieve themselves. Also feel free to stop by the welcome table for free poop bags, hand sanitizer, and dog biscuits.

Sensory Break Room

A sensory break room will be located in the library for anyone to use (both children and adults). Responsible adult must remain with guests at all times. Please be respectful of other guests using this room. Signs will be posted at the event, and assistance locating these will also be provided upon request.

If you have questions or require assistance during the event, our volunteers are there to help. Look for a volunteer wearing a t-shirt printed with the disability fair logo and they will do their best to assist you.
