Leg Up Farm’s mission is to enrich the lives of individuals and families with special needs and unique challenges, through support and customized programs. Leg Up Farm is the ONLY facility in the country to provide physical, occupational, speech, and mental health therapy, nutrition counseling, therapeutic horsemanship, equine-assisted therapies, and educational and recreational programming under one roof.
