TechOWL is PA’s Assistive Technology Project. TechOWL helps people of all ages with disabilities explore the tools and technology they need to increase their independence. TechOWL has a lending library, does demonstrations, has equipment reuse and works with PA’s Free Special Phone Program. UCP Central PA is an Assistive Technology Resource Center for TechOWL.
